I LOVE the symmetry here. It reminds me of McQueen's kliedoscope print, except more interesting. I personally love underwater themes; especially how you've done the fish and the mermaid hair.
Cool, it looks like a frame or something to me, you could have video playing in the negative space between the two girls.
